Joss Whedon’s Serenity and Dr. Horrible playing in SF!

The SF Browncoats, a group based around a love for Joss Whedon’s Firefly, are organizing their fifth annual Can’t Stop The Serenity event in SF. They’ll be showing both Serenity, the epic Firefly film, and Dr. Horrible’s Sing A Long Blog at the Victoria Theater in the Mission. The event, which is a fundraiser for Equality Now, will be this Saturday June 5th at 7pm! Tickets are only $12!

I’d love to go to this event with friends and maybe even catch dinner at (possibly) the last Mission Street Food ever beforehand. If you’d like to join up with me for either of these events, comment below or contact me through this contacthole.

For the record this event seems so much cooler than the DC/Baltimore based one my cohorts that are doing the Browncoats Redemption fan film have told me about. I could be wrong – but yeah – I mean San Fran folks are – no offense Beltway Beltholes – way nerdier. Wish I could make this thing. Enjoy! I expect a full on report.
